GBS presented the latest innovations about the „Contrast Enhanced White Light Interferometry“ at Nanoscale at PTB in Braunschweig. These technological improvements provide advantages in terms of resolution for the measurement of tiny structures as well as the evaluation of nanostructures in areas up to several cm².
